Founder Members Program

We are pleased to make the following offer effective June 8, 2011.
(The previous Founder Members offer will expire July 26, 2011.)

Each person who acquires property or patio home in Carolina Hills at Meadowbrook, for a limited time, will receive a Founder Membership offering Free Lifetime Golf at Meadowbrook.

A Founder Membership will entitle one person to a lifetime Golf Membership and will not pay any Golf Membership dues or Greens Fees at Meadowbrook Golf Club as long as they are a property owner in Carolina Hills at Meadowbrook.

The Founder Member may use all of the golf, recreational and clubhouse facilities of the Meadowbrook Golf Club for reduced fees in comparison to Golf Membership.  Founder Memberships will be required to pay golf cart or trail fees if offered.  The proposed tennis, fitness, and swimming facilities, when completed, will be available only to Founder Members and Property Owners in Carolina Hills at Meadowbrook as part of the Property Owners Association (POA). 

Founder Members are recognized annually and receive additional privileges over Golf membership.  These include:

• Complimentary guest passes for one round green fees with a maximum of up to 6 in any month and a total annual amount of 24 guests
• Annual Free Golf Check up
• Advance tee time 30 day priority
• Computerized golf handicap services
• Participation in Annual Founder Members Tourney
• Bag Storage - Full Locker with Name tag
• Founder Member Golf Bag Tag
• Plaque in Clubhouse with all Founder Member names
• Limited Edition Rick Robbins signed print
• Founder members Certificate
• Golf Shop merchandise discount
• Clubhouse Food and Beverage discount

Founder Membership is limited to only the first 12 purchasers of real estate home site or residences purchased, as part of this special offer.  An Escrow account has been formed to protect purchasers; special arrangements with our banks allow us to construct roads and utilities after the first 9 purchases are completed.

Founder Membership can not be transferred to any other individual. An approved builder may hold the Founder Membership until a purchaser buys the “spec” home and notify the Club of the completion of the purchase.  A Founder Member must own property in the community to maintain their lifetime membership.  In the event they sell their property, the lifetime membership will expire 12 months from the date of sale unless they purchase another property in Carolina Hills at Meadowbrook.

This offer can not be combined with any prior real estate offer from Carolina Hills at Meadowbrook.

A copy of the Membership Plan is available to anyone that details all the terms and conditions of the Founder Membership and Golf Membership.
